Select 'Tools' from the top menu.
Select 'Internet Options'.
Click on the 'Security' tab.
Click on 'Custom Level'.
Scroll down until you see the section labeled 'Scripting'.
Under 'Active Scripting', select 'Enable' the click 'OK'.
